Each and every candidate at Enjoy has a unique journey but we want to ensure you have a great experience. Here are a few helpful tips so you can shine with confidence.


Discover Enjoy & Apply Online!

A recruiter will review your application and send you an email with the next steps or let you know if this isn't the right time. Either way, you'll get a response!


Phone Screen

This is when we will get to know each other a bit more. One of our amazing recruiters will call you and share details about the role and learn about your career goals.


Hiring Manager Interview

You'll have an opportunity to chat with one of the Hiring Managers! This may be virtual or in-person. We'll spend time learning more about how you work, what motivates you, and your previous experience.


Offer Stage

If it seems like a good fit for everyone, you'll receive a verbal offer. Then we'll send you the details on how you can sign on and join Enjoy!


Begin Pre-boarding Tasks

Once you've accepted the offer, we'll begin the process to make sure you have a great first day at Enjoy! You'll work closely with our onboarding team to complete the tasks needed to start, which include:

  • Drug Screen
  • Background Check
  • I9 Documents
